This is an idea I’ve been working on for a while, and I’d like to share it even though it’s not completely done. This is a a cappella arrangement of Sky Sailing’s “Blue and Red”, with the voices as follows:

Soprano- Sweet Ann
Alto, Soloist- Me.
Tenor, soloist— Big Al
Base- Tonio

I’ve had many problems getting this together, mainly the fact that I’ve been having a lot of microphone troubles, as well as troubles keeping perfectly in time with the vocaloids when I sing with them. Also, I still want to go back into the program and mess with Big Al’s pronunciation— that ‘p’ on the end of ‘sleep’ in the chorus is like a smack in the face every time I hear it, lol.

All that aside, I hope you enjoy this rough draft. Feedback is most welcome.

A song about a breakup, and a guy that realizes at just the wrong moment just how much this girl means to him. I like to make Big Al sad, apparently. Made in Garage Band. I have no idea what to do for a video, so that’s coming later…

Hi, Guys!

So. When I stopped making music, and going to youtube and the VO forums, I was like, ‘I’m going to step away from utau/vocaloid for a weekend while I focus on other things’. Then it turned into two months. Oops.

But there is an explanation. In short, I live in Seattle now. Well— I’m couch-surfing and I’m looking for a job, so I’m in the process of coming to live here. I only decided on this three weeks ago, after quitting my last job, looking for another one, and then deciding to come to Seattle and look for one.

So yes. Crazy times. But now I am back.
